1980s le must de Cartier ladies wrist watch in original box. Has full french hallmarks on the back of the case. It is gilded over sterling silver. Has a Cabochon sapphire crown. There is some small wear to the gilding on the corners of the case and some small scratches on the crystal.
It has what appears to be the original leather strap which shows signs of wear.
