A lovely 18ct yellow gold sapphire and diamond ring. The ring features a central, natural dark blue sapphire, with 4 brilliant cut diamonds surrounding half of the sapphire. The ring is hallmarked for 18ct gold and palladium on the inside of the band as shown.
