A lovely antique 18ct yellow gold, pink sapphire and diamond ring. The ring is beautifully engraved through the shoulders. It features 2 pink sapphires and a mixture of 3 old cut diamonds. The ring is only hallmarked "LEO" but has been tested as 18ct gold.
